House Rules

1.  Individuals below 18 years of age cannot book the theater ,they should be accompanied by parents/guardians.

2.  If a booking is cancelled with at least 72 hours notice, the entire amount minus payment-gateway fees  will be refunded.

3.  However, no refunds will be entertained for bookings  made for Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

   • Booking cancellations are not permitted on holidays & festivals.

   • It will take 5–7days for user to receive their refund on approval of refunds by The Flick Nook.

4.  Customers need to have their own OTT accounts to stream content. Any restricted content is not allowed to be streamed, in case of  violation  appropriate  action will be taken.

5.  Customers are not permitted to use illegal substances, smoke, consume alcohol in the theatre. Such customers would be subject to  immediate  termination.

6.  Customers are not allowed to change any settings on the projector and sound  system. We will make any changes that are necessary from our end.

7.  The booking period includes the installation and departure time. Customers should leave the theater with all their belongings on or before the end of time.

8.  It is requested of the customer to keep the theatre CLEAN; else, cleaning fees will be charged

9.  Customers will be liable to pay  for any damage they may cause to the theatre.
